This Court, vide order dated 03.05.2024 passed in MCRC No. 1943/2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Leeladhar Sahu had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the PREETI KUMARI Digitally signed by PREETI KUMARI Date: 2025.05.12 11:18:04 +0530 2 order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Saraipali, District- Mahasamund (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 05.11.2024, requested for and was granted a further period of four months time to conclude the trial in CRMP No. 3114/2024. 4. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Saraipali, District- Mahasamund (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 17.04.2025 again requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that statement of 13 prosecution witnesses is yet to be recorded. Bailable warrants/arrest warrants are being continuously issued to the witnesses in the case, but due to the absence of prosecution witnesses, the evidence could not be recorded. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
