This petition has been filed by the applicant to correct the typographical error made by counsel for the petitioner/present applicant in the cause-title of memo of the Writ Petition (S) No.447 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the nomenclature of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 has been inadvertently mentioned incorrectly in the cause title of Writ Petition (S) No.447 of 2025, and the same error has been carried forward in the order dated 11.03.2025 (Annexure P/1) passed in the said writ petition. It is, therefore, prayed that the cause title of the said order be corrected by substituting the nomenclature of Respondent No.3 as ‘Chief Medical & Health Officer, Beejapur, District – Beejapur (C.G.)’ and Respondent No.4 as ‘Block Medical Officer, Block – Bhairamgarh, District – Beejapur (C.G.)’ respectively. 5. No objection raised from the other side. 6. In view of the above submission and upon consideration of the facts of the case, it is directed that the nomenclature of 3 MCC No. 490 of 2025 Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 be corrected in accordance with the application. The nomenclature of Respondent No.3 shall be read as ‘Chief Medical & Health Officer, Beejapur, District – Beejapur (C.G.)’ and that of Respondent No.4 as ‘Block Medical Officer, Block – Bhairamgarh, District – Beejapur (C.G.)’. The remaining contents of the order dated 11.03.2025 shall remain unaltered. Let a copy of this order be kept on record with Writ Petition (S) No.447 of 2025. 7.
