This Court, vide order dated 18.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 3358 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Ram Prasad Yadav, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Sessions Judge, Bilaspur, District-Bilaspur, (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 24.12.2024 has requested for grant of some more KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 time for concluding the trial as this Court had prescribed a time for concluding the trial is going to be expired therefore, he prays of grant of further more time for concluding the trial. 4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 6.
