Sri Ch.C.Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that as against the orders of this Court, disobedience of which is complained of in this contempt, the unofficial respondents have preferred writ appeals and the Division Bench of this Court has modified the order passed in W.P.No.10636 of 2019 & batch wherein the subject writ petition is one among them. 3. Learned counsel for both the parties prayed to close the contempt. 4. Recording the said submissions, as the order, dated 04.01.2023 has been modified; the contempt case is liable to be closed. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
