The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhansar P.S. Case No. 29 of 2021, S.T. Case No.290 of 2022, for the offence registered under Sections 120-B, 302, 201 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri D.C. Awasthi, learned Additional Sessions Judge-XVI, Dhanbad. On 15.02.2021, son of the informant went missing. Subsequently, he was found murdered. Suspicion has been raised upon the petitioner and co-accused persons that they might have committed murder of the deceased. It was submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on record. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Manish Kumar and co-accused Panchit Kumar have been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court as well as by this Court earlier. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri D.C.
