Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was repeatedly called to the police station at the behest of respondents 5 & 6 and was being insisted to settle the civil dispute between the petitioner, petitioner’s son and the respondents 5 & 6. It is submitted that an agreement of sale was executed by the petitioner’s son on 20.04.2016 with the respondents 5 & 6 and that on account of certain differences between the petitioner’s son and the respondents 5 & 6, the same could not be materialized. The 2. respondent is now disturbing the peace of the petitioner and insisting the petitioner to settle the dispute with the respondents 5 & 6. 3. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the th petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 4 respondent not to disturb the peace of the petitioner without following due process of law. It is made clear that the 4*'^ respondent shall not interfere in civil disputes pending between the petitioner, petitioner’s son and the respondents 5 & 6.
