The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 26.11.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 37094 of 2024. The grievance of the applicant is that documents sought by the applicant under the Right to Information Act, 2005 are not being given to the applicant. The applicant has the remedy to file an appeal before the competent authority. In view of the aforesaid, it is not a case for taking cognizance under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
