Heard Sri Rambabu Koppineedi, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Higher Education for respondent No.1 and Sri Ch.Ganga Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2. 2. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would urge to direct the respondents to consider the application dated 16.12.2022, as it is pending quite some time. 4. Sri Ch.Ganga Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for 2 respondent, on the other hand, submits that initial application dated 16.12.2022 though was made, the same has not been submitted to nd proper authority. Therefore, in case petitioner submits fresh application to 2^^ respondent, the same will be considered as per petitioner’s eligibility and as per applicable Rules in vogue. 5. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to petitioner to submit fresh application once again within a period of one week from today and on submission of the same, the 2'^'^ respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders. 3 HCGR,J W.P.No.l5612of2025 subject to petitioner’s eligibility, in accordance with law, within a period of three (03) months thereafter.
