Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nawadih P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 69 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bermo at Tenughat. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is aged about 19 years. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bermo at Tenughat, in connection with Nawadih P.S.
