In sequel to the orders passed in this case, learned Assistant Advocate General now submits that the respondents have passed an order dated 04.12.2024, whereby, contract service rendered by the petitioners, followed by regularization, has been considered for the purpose of pensionary benefits under CCS (Pension) Rules,
1972.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that one of the prayers of the petitioners has been granted by the respondents, therefore, petitioners be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage with liberty to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, at an appropriate stage, for redressal of their surviving grievances. Granting such liberty, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
