UNNI KRISHNAN NAIR 03.03.2025 (Vijay Bishnoi, CJ) The matter comes upon for consideration of the application preferred by the applicants under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 with a prayer to condone the delay of 795 days in filing the connected appeal. It is informed that in similar interlocutory applications, this Court has pleased to condone the delay and has also directed to register the connected writ appeals. An order dated 12.02.2025 passed in I.A. (Civil) No.127/2025 and other connected interlocutory applications is produced. Taking into consideration the fact that in similar interlocutory applications, this Court has already condoned the delay and has also directed the Registry to register the connected writ appeals, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay in filing the connected writ appeal. Hence, the interlocutory application is allowed. The delay of 795 days in filing the connected writ appeal is condoned. The interlocutory application is disposed of.
