Government Pleader for Finance and Planning and Ms. Anusha, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader for Mines and geology for Respondent No.6. 2. Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader has submitted the Written Instructions dated 10.09.2025 furnished by the Principal Secretary to Government (Respondent No.5). Copy of it is supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. On 01.09.2025, the Writ Petitioner has filed I.A.No.02 of 2025 seeking to implead the Principal Secretary, Department of Mines and Geology as proposed Respondent No.6. Having gone through the contents of the Affidavit filed in support of that Application, this Court allowed the said Interlocutory Application and the proposed Respondent No.6 is impleaded as Respondent No.6. Registry is directed to amend the cause title in the main Writ Petition and other connected Interlocutory Applications. 4. Ms. Anusha, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader for the Respondent No.6 has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the District Mines and Geology Officer, Kakinada dated 10.09.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3 5. The Written Instructions of the Respondent No.6 would indicate that the process of uploading the Bill on the CFMS online portal is completed on 03.06.2025. 6. The Written Instructions furnished by Sri Rajesh Kumar, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader for Finance and Planning would indicate that the bills will be cleared on priority basis. 7. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition directing all the Respondents including the Administrative Department as well as the Finance Department to complete the administrative process within a period of 20 weeks from today by way of intra-departmental and inter-departmental coordination and cooperation and transfer the net amount to the account of the Writ Petitioner within four weeks thereafter. 8. The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the details of Bank account to the Competent Authority within one week for effective compliance. 9. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 10.
