Tarlok Singh Chauhan , Judge (oral) The instant petition has been filed for grant of the following substantive reliefs:­ (i) Writ of certiorari may kindly be issued to quash the notification   dated   21.02.2018   i.e.   Annexure   P­3   which divided/classified   the   Class   IV   Government   Servants despite all of them being similar, into different classes without any basis; 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? ...2… (ii)   Writ   of   mandamus   may   kindly   be   issued   to   the respondents to extend the retirement age of the petitioner from 58 years to 60 years and the petitioner be allowed all consequential benefits i.e. payment of salary etc.; (iii)   Writ   of   mandamus   may   kindly   be   issued   to   the respondents   to   pay   the   arrears   of   salary   w.e.f. 01.04.2022 to 01.03.2024.” 2. Since the issue in question is pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Supreme Court in  Satya Devi’s  case, i.e. Diary No. 38955/2024 (SLP (C) No. 020496/2024), therefore, keeping in view the judicial discipline, we refrain ourselves from giving our opinion with respect to the issue, as assailed in this petition. We direct that the present petition shall be governed by the   judgment   passed   by   the   Hon’ble   Supreme   Court   in   the aforesaid case and the decision thereto, shall be binding on this case also.
