Case No. 36/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 238/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 385, 387, 427, 506/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. 3. On 25.07.2023, Rangdari was demanded from the Informant by mobile no. 7783094870. 4. It was submitted that a mobile phone which was used in demanding Rangdari does not belong to the petitioner. It was further submitted that there was no delivery of money to the accused persons. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti in connection with Murhu P.S.
