GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are aggrieved by the repeated interference of the 4th respondent in the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and others, relating to the subject property, which is the subject matter of O.S. No.37 of 2018 pending on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Penukonda. Unmindful of the pendency of the civil proceedings, the 4th respondent, at the behest of third parties, is repeatedly disturbing the peace of the petitioners and interfering in the civil dispute. 3. Considering the same, the 4th respondent is hereby directed not to interfere in the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the third parties without following due process of law. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
