The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balumanth P.S. Case No. 124 of 2022, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 414, 387 of the of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1- B)(a),25(1-A), 25(6)(7), 26(1)(2), 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. It was submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused Pratap Ganjhu. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Pratap Ganjhu @ Mahadeo Ganjhu has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with Balumanth P.S.
