Also heard Mr. R Islam, learned counsel for the informant. Page No.# 2/2 The petitioner, namely, Zakir Hussain, son of Sakayet Hussain, resident of Sijubari, P.S. Hatigaon, District-Kamrup (M), has filed this application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending his arrest in Hatigaon P.S. Case No. 263/2024 registered under Sections 127(1), 117(2), 308(2), 140(3) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. Ali, learned counsel is not pressing this pre-arrest bail application. Accordingly, this pre-arrest bail application, being not pressed, stands dismissed. Interim pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioner on 20.12.2024 in said Hatigaon P.S. Case No. 263/2024 is hereby recalled/stands vacated.
