Mr. Amanul Islam Mr. Sourav Mukherjee ….for the petitioners Mr. Imran Ali Ms. Nandini Chatterjee ..for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners demanded back the money that was given to the de facto complainant for getting a job. An altercation ensued that resulted in injuries. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and refers to the injury reports and the statements of eyewitnesses and the injured victim. He submits that as per a C.T. scan report, one of the victims suffered fracture of right temporo parietal bone. Considering the nature of injuries and the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
