Order on Board 15.04.2025
1. The petitioners have filed this petition seeking the following reliefs:
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 30.11.2018 (Annexure P/1) and further be pleased to restrained the respondent no. 1 from doing any activity on behalf of the society. SMT NIRMALA RAO
-2- 10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.”
2. A perusal of the impugned order would show that a direction was issued on 30.11.2018 by the Registrar Firms and Societies, Chhattisgarh, to conduct elections. It appears that the said order was passed on 30.11.2018, and there is no interim order in favour of the petitioners. Thus, I do not find any good ground to keep this matter pending.
3. Consequently, the petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to revive their prayer, if the cause of action still survives. Sd/-
