In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for quashing Instructions dated 26.10.2004 (Annexure P-1) as well as order dated 19.12.2024 (Annexure P-2) whereby, punishment of recovery of Rs.13,45,581/- has been imposed upon the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition is duly covered by the judgment passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in case titled as Punjab State Warehousing Corporation Field Employees Union versus Union of India DINESH 2025.05.31 15:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-3384 of 2025 (O&M) 2 and others , CWP No.27725 of 2013 and other connected petitions, decided on 14.05.2025. However, he submits that a perusal of the aforesaid order would reflect that the liberty has been granted to the petitioner therein, to submit the representation, which will be considered by the concerned authority in terms of the order passed by the Court. He further submits that the present petition may be treated as a representation and the respondents be directed to consider the same in light of the order passed in CWP No.27725 of 2013 and other connected petitions, decided on 14.05.2025. 3. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment passed in CWP-27725 of 2013 and other connected petitions, decided on 14.05.2025. 4. The respondents are directed to treat the present writ petition as a representation and take a decision in terms of the judgment passed by a co- ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-27725 of 2013 and other connected petitions, decided on 14.05.2025 5.
