Dubey, A.P.P. --- 04 / 08.09.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 74 of 2025 arising out of Mahabuang P.S. Case No. 13 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No. 175 of 2023 (S-1) for the offences registered under sections 15(2), 15(4) and 16 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User and Land) Act, section 3 and 4 of Damage to Public Property Act and section 379, 511 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Simdega. 3. On 24.12.2022, Informant came to know that unknown criminals had pilfered petroleum after damaging the petroleum pipeline near KMCH-217.850. 4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of the co-accused. It was further submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by different Coordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Simdega in connection with S.T.
