This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed at the instance of the petitioner with the prayer to modify the order dated 14.07.2025 passed in B.A. No. 1158 of 2025 by this Court in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 79 of 2024 by substituting the condition ‘of showing the proof of transferring Rs.20,000/- to the account of Agha Sayed Badrul Hasan’ with the condition ‘of depositing Rs.20,000/- as cash security’ as the concerned mobile number of the victim is not connected with any UPI account and the victim is declining to provide the bank account number for transferring of the amount. Considering the aforesaid facts, the order dated 14.07.2025 passed in B.A. No. 1158 of 2025 is modified by substituting the condition ‘of showing the proof of transferring Rs.20,000/- to the account of Agha Sayed Badrul Hasan’ with the condition ‘of depositing Rs.20,000/- as cash security’ but other conditions of the bail remains the same as mentioned in the order dated 14.07.2025 passed in B.A. No. 1158 of 2025. The order dated 14.07.2025 passed in B.A. No. 1158 of 2025 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.
