Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of the Deputy Commissioner is an order which has been passed without notifying the petitioner. 2. The petitioner therefore intends to make an application requesting the Deputy Commissioner to - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:17724 WP No. 10719 of 2025 recall the order and afford an opportunity to the petitioner to make his submissions. A memo to that effect is also filed before this Court. 3. In the light of the above, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition and liberty is reserved to him to make an application to the Deputy Commissioner to recall the ex-parte order that is passed. 4. If such an application is filed, the Deputy Commissioner shall consider the same and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5.
