Learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State on instructions would submit that as on the date, no cases are pending against the petitioners and they will follow due procedure established by law, if they intend to call the petitioners to the Police Station, for any enquiry or investigation relating any crime or offence. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, the present Writ Petition may be closed. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed at the stage of admission itself, without going into the merits of the case, by observing that the respondent/police shall follow due procedure established by law, if they intend to call the petitioners to the Police Station, for any enquiry or investigation relating any crime or offence.
