It is submitted that applicant No.2 is a lady of 75 years, suffering from posterior circulation transient ischemic attack with HTN. 02. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to allow this application. 03. Hence, the application is allowed. 04. The bailable warrant issued against applicant No.2 vide order 2025:BHC-AUG:18340 ( 2 ) cria2371.25 dated 21.04.2025 by this Court in Criminal Application No. 4237 of 2024 is hereby cancelled. 05.
