An affidavit of compliance has been filed by Mr. Shashi Shekhar Tiwari, learned Additional Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the State. The affidavit is one dated 18.10.2024. 2. A perusal of the affidavit shows that the applicant, Mabia, has been tried and convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 10, Kanpur Nagar vide judgment and order dated 03.08.2021, passed in Sessions Trial No. 640 of 2015. He has been sentenced to life imprisonment. 4. In this view of the matter, this bail application, which is one seeking bail pending trial, no longer survives.
