The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ .... to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the Respondents in non-considering Petitioners appeal dt.03.06.2019 and also 14.06.2019 is contrary to rules, arbitrary, illegal and consequently, direct Respondents to set aside illegal order and direct the Respondents to release regular petitioners service as spent on duty from 01.07.2015 to till this day forth with.”
