ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action, things, deeds of Respondents in not conducting the fair investigation in Crime No.42/2025 of 4th Respondent Police Station dated 13- 02-2025 as per Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita by Respondents 3 and 4, which are illegal, irregular, arbitrary, unjust, against to the Principles of Natural Justice and contrary to the provisions of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and in- violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India, consequently direct the Respondents to conduct fair investigation in Crime No.42/2025 of Respondent No.4 Police Station and pass...…”
2. Heard Sri T.C.Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that let there be a direction to the police to conduct fair investigation in crime No.42 of 2025 of the 4th respondent Police Station.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. In that view, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are
directed to look into the points raised by the petitioners and conduct a fair investigation, conclude the investigation, and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
