Since the petitioner has co-operated with the Investigating Officer, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. Therefore, his bail application is allowed. 5. The interim bail granted on 19.12.2024 in favour of the petitioner is hereby made absolute. With the aforesaid direction, the pre-arrest bail application is disposed of. The CD shall be returned.
