By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking implementation of order dated 30.09.2021 (Annexure P-1) by which the petitioner was transferred from Govt. College Kartala to Government Model College, Korba. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined at Govt. Model College, Korba. He further submits that Govt. Model College, Korba has been converted to Swami Atmanand English Medium Model College and hence he may be relieved from Govt. Model College, Korba and be posted in Swami Atmanand English Medium Model College . 3. On the last date of hearing learned State counsel prayed time to clarify whether the Government Model College, Korba and Swami Atmanand Government English Model College Korba are two different colleges or same. 4. Today, learned State counsel by placing copy of the communication of Under Secretary, Department of Higher Education dated 26.03.2025, which is taken on record, submits that Govt. Model College, Korba and Atmanand English Medium Model College are two different colleges and are operated 3 / 3 separately. 5. In view of the submission made by learned State counsel and the documents placed, it is clear that Govt. Model College, Korba and Atmanand English Medium Model Collage are two different colleges, thus this petition is without substance. 6.
