He submits that he has filed fresh vakalatnama on behalf of petitioner No.1 – Kaushaliya Shandil and petitioner No.3 – Dashmati Birua. He submits that he has received instruction to withdraw this writ petition so far as it relates to petitioner Nos.1 & 3, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same and future cause of action. He submits that since the pleadings have become so complicated, it is necessary to simplify the same by filing a fresh writ petition so that prayer of each of the parties may not intermingled. 3. Considering the submission, I allow this writ petition to be withdrawn on behalf of petitioner Nos.1 & 3. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn qua petitioner No.1 – Kaushaliya Shandil and petitioner No.3 – Dashmati Birua, with the aforesaid liberty. 5. Now, this writ petition (without amendment) will only be confined to petitioner No.2 – Silwanti Mahto.” 2. Today no one appears on behalf of Petitioner, namely, Silwanti Mahto. 3. After going through the aforesaid order, it appears that Mr. Amitabh, 2025:JHHC:21717 3 learned counsel filed a fresh Vakalatnama on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 and 3 and then seeks liberty to file a fresh writ application on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 and 3. Since no one is appearing on behalf of petitioner, namely, Silwanti Mahto, interest of justice would be sufficed by giving liberty to the present petitioner also to file a fresh writ application raising her grievance in view of the fact that no one is appearing on her behalf. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid circumstances, the instant writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, namely, Silwanti Mahto to file a fresh writ application, if so advised. 5. Pending I.As, if any, also stand disposed of. (Deepak Roshan, J.) Amit
