Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions dated 25.02.2025, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chilakallu Police Station, NTR District, wherein it is stated that pending the present petition, the Police, after due investigation have filed a charge sheet vide C.C.No.2376 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021, on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Jaggaiahpet and the case was in pre-trial stage. 3. In view of the fact that on 26.11.2021, a charge sheet vide C.C.No.2376 of 2021, has already been filed, pending the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission as sought for is accorded. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to challenge the aforementioned charge sheet, if at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the same.
