In such circumstances, the petitioner has given a representation on 28.11.2025 to the respondents 1 to 3 seeking for cancellation of the present FMB sketch, which according to the petitioner is illegal. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 49400 of 2025 3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Mr.P.Nandakumar, learned counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 4 to 6, submits that only after issuing notice to the petitioner, the FMB sketch was altered. 4.However, the same is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions. He would submit that no notice was received by the petitioner prior to the alteration of the FMB sketch. 5.This Court is of the view that no prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, by the second respondent, after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 to 6, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 49400 of 2025 7.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representation dated 28.11.2025 seeking for cancellation of the present FMB sketch for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 to 6 and any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
