Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3. On 23.07.2024, this Court directed the police to complete the investigation by following the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. Notice was ordered to the 2nd respondent and the proof of service is filed. Though notice was served there is no representation on behalf of the 2nd respondent. 4.
