Upon a perusal of the Court file it is noted that no interim order is operative as on date. (2 of 2) [CW-1268/2010] Learned counsel appearing for the respondents have submitted that selection process is already over and nothing has been placed on record by the petitioner to substantiate that any vacancy survives. In light of the above, it can be concluded that the instant petition is rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
