The material on record would go to show that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court in Crl.P.Nos.4605 of 2024, 13371 of 2024 and Crl.P.No.886 of 2024. Crl.P.Nos.886 of 2024, 4605 of 2024 were dismissed as withdrawn by the petitioner. Crl.P.No.13371 of 2024 was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to revive his bail application after material charge-sheet witnesses are examined before the Trial Court, taking on record the memo filed by the petitioner seeking permission - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20121 CRL.P No. 4718 of 2025 of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after examination of material charge-sheet witness CW-2 is completed. Thereafter, on 25.03.2025, petitioner has filed a fresh petition alleging that there is no progress in the trial and till date, charge is not framed. Since the earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.P.No.127 of 2024 was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 16.01.2025 with liberty to the petitioner to revive his bail application after examination of material witnesses, there is no justification on the part of the petitioner in filing the present bail petition, immediately thereafter in the month of March, 2025. Under the circumstances, this petition is disposed off with a request to the Trial Court to expeditiously frame charges in the case and thereafter, examine the material charge-sheet witnesses on priority.
