orders impugned thereby removing the interest part from the date of receiving exgratia till the date of filing of writ petition. Consequently, the orders passed in W.P.No.13187 of 2018 was merged with the orders passed in the writ appeal. In view of the same the contempt case can be closed giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the other remedies as and when occasion arises.
2. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedies. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
