GP FOR CIVIL SUPPLIES (AP) The court made the following ORDER:- The writ petition is filed under Art. 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following main relief:- “……declaring the impugned action of the 4th respondent vide proceeding Rc.No.4081/G6/2014, dated 7-6-2016 directing the petitioner to admit the respondent No.5 in to the Job is illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and set-aside the same and pass.……” 2. The petitioner Society is an NGO engaged in doing welfare activities, has challenged the proceedings dated 07.06.2016 issued by the 4th respondent in directing the petitioner to admit the 5th respondent into the Society. 3 3. When the matter is called today, there is no representation for the petitioner. 4. On the other hand, Sri K. Varun Shyam Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I referring to the counter affidavit filed by the 4th respondent, submits that the 5th respondent has been appointed as ANM Gr.III and posted at Nandyal Municipality, who is currently working at Urban Health Centre, M.S.Nagar, Nadyal. Making the said submissions, the learned Assistant Government Pleader states that since the impugned proceedings dated 07.06.2016 has become redundant, the cause in the lis does not survive and the writ petition renders infructuous. 5. The relevant para of the counter affidavit filed by the 4th respondent reads as under:- “…….9. Further, it is submitted that, in Progs.No.24/ANM (Grade-III) Recruitment 2019, dt.23.11.2019 of the District Medical and Health Officer, Kurnool, Smt.R.Jamalamma, Cont. MPHA (F), Urban Health Centre, M.S.Nagar, Nandyal (5'h Respondent) has been appointed as ANM Gr.III and posted at Nandyal Municipality and at present she is not working at Urban Health Centre, M.S.Nagar, Nandyal……..” 6. In view of the above stated position, the writ petition is closed as the cause in the writ petition has already been fulfilled. There shall be no order as to costs.
