The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kuchai P.S. Case No. 27/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 348/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 126, 115, 103(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Seraikella. 3. Petitioner happens to be maternal aunt of the deceased Bhumika Kumari @ Buni Kumari, who was strangulated to death in the house of the petitioner. 4. Statements of several witnesses have been recorded in the Case Diary. They have supported the fact and have stated that prior to the occurrence petitioner had quarrel with the deceased and assaulted her before strangulating her. 5.
