Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr P Borthakur is present on behalf of the State of Assam. 2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that charge sheet has been laid against the petitioners, being CS No. 11/2025, dated 31.01.2025, in connection with Tamarhat PS Case No. 87/2024, under Sections 61(2)/140(3)/127(3)/65(1)/ 351(2) of the BNS, read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act. 3. The petitioners are directed to appear before the learned jurisdictional Court/Elaka Magistrate, within 20 days and apply for bail, which may be considered by the Court, in accordance with law. 4.
