ORAL ORDER
In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to change the Khata in respect of the land in question in favour of the petitioner in terms of the order dated 04th December, 2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.26055 of 2015. In this regard, the petitioner has filed the representation dated 08th February, 2017 (Annexure-D), however, the same has not been considered by the respondent No.2. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. Heard Sri. Kaleemullah Shariff, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into account the averments made in the writ petition, respondent No.2 is
directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08th February, 2017 (Annexure-D) in accordance with law. Since the representation is of the year-2017, it is open for the petitioner to file one more representation to the respondent No.2 within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order and same shall be considered by the respondent No.2, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of representation that may be made by the petitioner. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
