The learned counsel for the accused submits that after completion of the investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted before the learned Trial Court and the accused will approach the learned Trial Court, therefore, it is contended to close this application. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the accused and also considering the submission of Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the matter stands closed.
