The petitioner is before this court seeking for the following reliefs; "a) Issue a writ of certiorari to quash the undated Disqualification Voter list passed by Respondent No.5 & 6 Vide ANNEXURE-D so far concern to the Petitioner. b) Issue a writ of Mandamus Directing the Respondent No.2 to 6 include the name of the Petitioner in the list issued by the 6th Respondent vide Annexure-D, and permit the Petitioner to file their nomination scheduled on 01-04-2025 to contest in the election to the 6th Respondent Society which is schedule to be held on 09-04-2025. c) Pass any appropriate writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deem it fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and allow this writ petition with cost, in the ends of justice and equity." 2. Memo dated 04.04.2025 has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under: "In view of the above matter, the Petitioner filed the Instant Writ Petition for seeking right to contest in the election of the 6th Respondent society held on 09-04-2025. However the last date of filing of nomination is on 01-04-2025. That this Hon'ble court not granted the interim order. Hence the instant Writ Petition is does not survive for consideration.
