This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“....
a Writ of Mandamus aggrieved by the action of the Respondent No. 4 and 5 frequently calling the petitioners to attend the Police station without any complaint or without following due procedure of law and without jurisdiction under the influence of Respondents No. 6,7 and 8 in connection with the death of the Younger Brother of the Petitioner No. 1 herein while undergoing treatment at Private Hospitals in Nellore died at 01.55 AM on 15.07.2020 while returning from Lord Sri Venkateshwara Darshan at Tirupathi after lapse of 04 Months is illegal arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and also against against Article 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No. 4 and 5 not to call the petitioners to attend the Respondent No. 4 Police station without following due process of law.”

Ms.P.Lalitha Kamesh, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that Police are repeatedly calling the Petitioners to the Police Station without there being registration of any case against them. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, based on the complaint given by one Savithri against the Petitioners, Police called the Petitioners for enquiring into the matter, however, no crime has been registered against the Petitioners. 3
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed to follow due process of law in case of registration of any crime against the Petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
