The petitioner, namely, Abu Taher, son of Habibur Rahman, resident of Village- Tarani, Police Station-Rangia, District-Kamrup, has filed this application under Section 483 BNSS seeking bail in Bokajan Police Station Case No.53/2024, registered Page No.# 2/2 under Sections 299/325/3(5) of the BNS, 2023, read with Section 13(1) of the Assam Cattle Preservation Act, 2021, read with Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960, wherein he was arrested on 02.12.2024, and in custody since then. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Ms. G. Deka, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application, to which, Mr. K. K.
