Heard Mr.Srinivasa Rao Mortha, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for respondents. more 2. 3. Petitioner while working as Grama Mahila Samrakshana Karyadarsi at Dibbapalem-2, has been placed under suspension by proceedings dated 26.08.2023 on account of she being involved in Crime No. 164 of 2023 dated 29.07.2023 for the offences under Sections 468, 471 read with 34 IPC. Petitioner has also been proceeded with by issuing charge memo dated 29.03.2024, for which she submitted explanation refuting the said charges. Enquiry office stated to have conducted enquiry and submitted report and final decision has not been taken well. I ( 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of suspension of the petitioner is not reviewed in terms of G.O.Ms.No.22 GA (Ser.C) Department dated 29.02.2024. He confined his arguments and urged to direct the authority to review the suspension order in terms of the aforementioned G.O. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I has placed record written instructions dated 25.06.2025 stating that the proceedings still going on and final decision is yet to be taken on the same. However, he does not refute the suspension order of the petitioner and submitted that the same will be reviewed in terms of G.O.Ms.No.22, dated 29.02.2024. 5. on are 6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, with the consent of both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed at admission stage, directing the respondent authorities to review the order of suspension of the petitioner dated 26.08.2023 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.22 GA (Ser.C) Department dated 29.02.2024 within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8.
