Petitioner is serving as a Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) at GSSS Kalhel, Tehsil Churah, District Chamba. On completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid station, he preferred a representation to respondent No. 2 on 15.05.2025 (Annexure P-2 Colly.) seeking transfer from the aforesaid station, which is stated to be a hard area, also highlighting his adverse circumstances. Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided till date. -2- 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-2 Colly.) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of three weeks from today.
