03/20.08.2025 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Siyaljori P.S. Case No.78/2023, registered for the offence under Sections 406, 408, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class cum Civil Judge, Jr. Division, Bokaro.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made that inferior quality of coal has been supplied to the informant. He submits that in identical situation, two of the co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.5767 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that inferior quality of coal was supplied.
4. Considering that in identical situation, co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A. and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class cum Civil Judge, Jr. Division, Bokaro in connection with Siyaljori P.S. Case No.78/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
