The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 24.7.2023 passed by this Court in Matters Under Article 227 No.4923 of 2023. The claim of the applicants regarding contumacious conduct of the opposite party is based on the orders passed by this court either staying the interim order passed by the trial court in favour of the plaintiff or on affirming the decision of the appeal court which has set aside the temporary injunction in favour of the plaintiff. There can be no disobedience of the orders passed by this Court setting aside the interim order passed by the trial court. The applicant has the remedy to institute suit for injunction before the appropriate authority. The contempt application is not maintainable and is dismissed.
