No.3 Construction of New Government Industrial Training Institute Building at Nanjoor in Pudukottai District of the E-Tender Notice Number 48 CE/DO/2025-26/ dated 18.11.2025. 2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, though the petitioner has visited the site on 03.12.2025, Work Site Visit Certificate has not been issued by the second respondent. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has received written instructions to the effect that in case if the petitioner visits the site along with Public Work Department officials, he would be issued with Work Site Visit Certificate. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to make a Work Site Visit on 06.12.2025. The respondent authorities are directed to co-operate with the writ petitioner and issue relevant certificate forthwith. 5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
